U.S. Refund policy

Due to the high shipping, labor and time costs of returns, Chicmei adopts the following three refund methods without return:

1. Full refund
2. Partial refund
3. Reissue goods

Chicmei complies with the above three points U.S. Refund policy when we are notified of the request within 15 days from the date your order shipped. You need to list detailed descriptions and meet the conditions.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a U.S. Refund policy. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to goods caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary slightly due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Due to low prices and thin profits, All products in the “Beauty” category are Final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded.
